LANSING – Josh Hovey has been named a vice president of Truscott Rossman, following more than four years serving multiple clients and ballot campaigns, first as an account executive and then as a senior account executive. In addition, Lauren Zdeba has been promoted to account executive.
Hovey, of Lansing, specializes in serving Truscott Rossman’s Lansing-area clients and has expanded his reach with other municipal accounts and regional and statewide ballot campaigns. The Michigan State University graduate is an accredited member of the Public Relations Society of America. Hovey also serves on several boards, including the Capital Area United Way, the Lansing Planning Board and as vice chairman of the Lansing Chamber of Commerce PAC board. Previously he worked in Lansing Mayor Virg Bernero’s office, supporting constituent and media relations and assisting with policy development.

Zdeba, of East Lansing, has been with the firm since January 2011, first as an intern and then as an associate account executive. She is also an MSU grad and has assisted with several of the firm’s clients including the Ann Arbor Transportation Authority, Michigan Manufacturers Association, Fan Freedom and Cirque du Soleil.
