LANSING, Mich. – Truscott Rossman this week began delivery of the latest and most ambitious Michigan Legislators’ Guide to Lobbyists and Media, commonly known as the “Lobby Guide.”
This long-awaited edition of the Lobby Guide is by far the most in-depth to date. Of the 649 lobbyists and media professionals in the guide, 196 have been added or changed positions since the last edition. The Guide includes work experience, specialties and photos of multi-client lobbyists, corporate lobbyists, public university governmental affairs officers, state communications officers, legislators and journalists covering the action under the dome.“This edition was a heavy lift for us: literally and figuratively. After all, it’s 498 pages and it took months of phone calls and emails to compile the info we needed,” said Kelly Rossman-McKinney, CEO and principal of Truscott Rossman.
The 2013-14 Guide is also available for purchase as an online and smartphone app, allowing users to keep the guide with them at all times.
“The Lobby Guide is invaluable to those working ‘in the business.’ You’ll see the print version on desks around Lansing and the mobile app is becoming more popular than ever,” said John Truscott, president and principal of Truscott Rossman. “We’re glad we can help make it just a little easier to know ‘who’s who” around town.”
The Lobby Guide is available in hard-copy for $50, and as an online-only version for $25; both versions are available for $60. It will also be distributed to the attendees of the Detroit Regional Chamber Mackinac Policy conference on Mackinac Island.
